I did search the forums and went through quite a few threads but didn't find any info on brands/models of roof racks that can hold roof top carriers.
Any suggestions? I found racks online for $400-$500 but that's waay too much! We could probably rent a uhaul van for cheaper.
I called the dealership and they scoffed at the idea of putting a roof top carrier on... My gf and I are moving to Alberta for the summer with 2 pets and need to carry a decent amount of stuff to live there for a few months. I kinda doubt the trunk and rear seats will be enough space since the cat and (small) dog will probably use the back seats.
