It really doesnt matter to me what date we do it on because I can get off for whatever. I just need to know at least 2 weeks in advance so I dont get shafted for getting off of work. What are we planning on doing at this meet? Has it been decided yet?

For several reasons, no. The main one being that we try to do something that is free for everyone barring any post meet activities like getting food or drinking beer, etc.

On the 11th, I'll be in Denver and on the 18th I'll be in Philly at Derek's wedding. Enjoy and tip well at any establishment, especially if the waitress is hot.
