ok dont hate, im not extremely smart whne it comes to the internals on the engine, but i know that for the vvtli or vtec that the profile of the cam has notches stickin further out than the normal ones on the cam, but if the came goes around in a circular motion how come the more aggresive notches dont open the valve even further everytime it goes in a circle, any links or explanation would be extremely helpful, im just really curious y it only does it at the higher rpms thanks guys

Doesn't the lift pin raise the cam up to 11.2mm and not switch between 2 sets of cams?

lol a lil off topic but i just did my lift bolts, my lift profile is more worn than my low cam profile hehehehehe
