What: A Graphite painted Celica, not sure if it was GT or GTS (it was moving). Had a stock spoiler, no body kit, didnt look like it was lowered (or maybe just a little), no exhaust (or couldnt hear one), had tinted rear 3 windows.
Where: Intersection of Automall Parkway and South Grimmer Blvd in Fremont; the vehicle was travelling south on South Grimmer Blvd.
