no, he was probably going out to buy some 19" to put on his car while still on stock springs.

yeah the kit was F***** up, it was torn up in the front and no other pieces but the front bumper.

I think the only way to fit a 19" in there without rubbing is with stock springs.
Anyways do not go unpained That is ugly

holographics had 19" on his car, and was lowered. he claimed it didnt rub... or atleast not very much
