I was pondering whether I should go forward with a total ignition upgrade and buy the plugs wires ground kit and module, but does a 2003 GT gain as much as other cars I have heard of gaining up to and over 10hp with this upgrade if anyone has any dynos or info of the performance of this upgrade.

2000+ Celicas don't use plug wires. Grounding wires seem to improve idle, throttle response, stereo quality, and headlight brightness, though. Maybe 1hp if you're lucky.
