Every time i break the car squeaks like crazy so i assumed replacing the brake pads caliber and rotors will solve the issue, but also when i turn the wheel and accelerate sometimes the wheel gets like stuck. i dont know how to explain it like itw rubbing against something and it squeaks. anyone have any idea?

Check the drive axles, maybe improper size CV-joint boots?
