For the past few days my brakes squeal when i brake around 15-20 mph, no other time than that. I have 57000 miles on my car. Put new pads on last june. My friend said maybe my rotors got warped and may need turned down. Do you think that may be my problem?

Did you put the compound on the pads before putting them into the calipers?
Sometimes without that goop pads will squeak when you brake.

I never heard of this? I am about to take my rotors off to get them turned down, what is this goop ****?
