I have a 2000 Celica GT and was wondering if a set of Tail lights from a 2003-2005 GT would fit my car? Are all the tail lights universal? The newer tail ights seem so much sexier.

there are many tailights out there. some will fit better then others just due to quality and being aftermarket. 1st gen TYC's had some fitment problems. I know some APC ones had fitment, but the 3D APC ones that can on many 03+ had oem fitment

I have a red GT with TYC's with red lenses and they're SAWEET!!!! No fitment problems, I did have to trim a little excess plastic in one of the bulb opennings to it to lock into the socket.

That's a good price. I have seen them go anywhere from $100-$170 shipped on this website, at least.

I just did the install for the 2003+ tails .. They look soooo much better and newer! The only thing I need now is a new paint job. Was thinking about using Honda's satin silver mettalic..

I purchased them originally for $300.00 + tax from my dealer. I sold them recently for around $150.00-$200.00 Brand New in the original boxes I got them in. I had 4 sets of tail lights I did not need. Cherry TYC's smoked, 00 Stock Cherry, 03 OEM, and 00 Stock anyway.

Used you can probably find some anywhere from $100.00-$200.00 shipped. 03's are nice very simple and clean. TYC's are also okay but I had them for 4 years it was time for a change.
