I have the Tein HA's and the Hotchkis sway bar (and everything else hotchkis). The anti-roll bars are fine with the Tein HA's there should be no noise. Make sure that the bolts are tight (especaill the anti-roll bar links and make sure you put the grease that came with the hotchkis anti-roll bars in the bushings. If you put different grease in there or it they didn't come with grease (like mine didn't) go and get energy suspension polyurethane anti-roll bar bushing grease and put that in.
The knocking noise that is common with the tein and hotchkis setup is a from the front and it from the hotchkis front strut bar with it's adjsutable camber links. The way the shock head fits into the adjustable camber links is what causes this. If you don't have the hotchkis front strut bar you hace nothing to worry about.
