probably have to remove the bumper and remove it from the inside of the back bumper.

i am pretty sure that it can be removed because i have seen many people that have painted that part on the road.

before my accident it was the color of the car(carbon blue)- every other celica i had seen was always the dark grey (not painted). after i got my car back from the shop it was dark grey and not carbon blue like it was before. i like it painted to match everything else. oh well.

I had mine painted for a while. I thought it looked like crap. I mean, the thing is supposed to look like a diffuser or something, therefore it should be black. When I had my rear valence molded on, they repainted it satin black.

yeah it's part of the bumper...anyone elses have overspray on theirs? (the black part) mines has some that ran off into the little corners and edges. not that bad, but pretty sloppy...
