with a 225/40/18 set up you will be fine.
you will have a little bit of a wider tire with taller tire walls. it will look nice.

hombredelassrta said:yup. if ur more then probably 1.5" drop u may rub when turning the wheel completely but 225x40's are perfect
GT SLED said:your first post you said pro-kit springs, last post you said sportline. Assuming that you indeed have the sportlines due to the fact that you cited the correct drop for those and not the pro-kit (1.1"-1.2") you should be fine with 40 series tires. You may rub in the front at full lock but that is something to be expected when altering suspension and is easily avoidable by not turning the wheels all the way.
i got 225/40/18' tires, wit 1.6'' drop front, 1.8'' rear. personally i think i need lower profile like the 215/35's. i seem to rub on the rear struts, when i have pple in the back. the front does not rub.. heres a pic, on sidewall - hope it helps....drpdmazda said:what size tires are you running? i put a set of 18's with 215/35/18 tires on my girls celi and want a little larger tire, it has an eibach pro kit lowering kit so i need some help on what size tires i can go up to, def want a larger series height and maybe wider if possible
thanks
do you have a pic of your 215/35's? or interested in a trade? straight accross? i got about 95% tread left on my 18's, still new, let me know if interested.drpdmazda said:that sux i really wanted to go up from the 35 series to get just that little extra bit of rubber but guess i am stuck with the 215/35/18's yeha well
