Have you looked at it yourself? If you haven't, take a look, it's incredibly easy... basically unbolt 6-8 bolts on the bottom of the stock bumper, remove stock lip, reinstall bolts with TRD lip.
Gotta drill a few holes, 2 on each side of the fender, and then two for the little shoes that hold up the center of the bumper. Everything else bolts up, but make sure your lined up all around before taking the sticky tape off.
Uh I had to drill two holes into the bumper on each side, and then 2 in the middle for little plastic shelves to come out to give the middle support you have to drill holes or theres nothing to hold it up on the bumper just sticky tape.
Have to drill 1 hole each side (in fender well)
Remember to install the support shoes, ...... i did mine without takeing the bumper off. It was a pain, but the damn thing wouldnt come off!
