Well it depends. If it is coming out of the turbo, the turbo is faulty. When you attached the oil lines, did you put in teflon tape around the connector parts to make sure they are snug? cause if they are loose it will leak oil.
Other than that All i can say is make sure your have the correct feeding oil line in the right hole in the turbo.
