Turbo Oil

So I finished my install on my turbo today, and as I primed it, it was all good. As I let it sit for a couple minutes I didn't have a filter or the piping on and it is spitting out oil.

Is this normal? :scared:

Are you 100% positive that the new Garrett's need one? I know my IHI turbo doesn't run one. I'm not even sure its 100% consistent on the old T-series, depending on the CHRA.

But agreed, you would be able to tell easily by looking at the oil inlet of the turbo.
