those are racing harts.. forget the model name though..... the ones in the pic would not fit your car prolly.. that car is the apr widebody car and it's quarter panals are modified to fit those wheels.

Pick up the new Import Tuner. Thats the cover car. Oh and there is no way in @#$% those will fit or even perform on an NA Celica. 19x10 in the rear!!! Damn!
