i am pretty sure they look identical kinda like the trd sides and back compare with the WW sides and back

Wrong, the WW side and rear are a little less aggressive looking when compared to the TRD rear and sides. As far as the WW and TRD lips, they are both add-ons, both made of urethane, and both fit the car real well. However, the WW lip is more curved and the TRD is not as curved. Go to www.everythingcelica.com and compare a WW lip and TRD lip side by side and you will understand what I am talking about.
