When i am at full throttle is feels like it is stalling and as soon as i let up a little bit it goes back to normal..
What could the problem be?

Clean your MAFS and see if it helps. Sounds like one of the problems I had with my car.

Could be the fuel injector problem I had...that's how my problem started.
