offset is +48
dimensions are 18" x 7.5'' and the tires are 225/35/18

would these fit on a 2000 celica without any problems??

Yes but they will be tucked in too much in my opinion. You should look for something with a lower offset like 35-40.

^^ i agree. my one that were +44 18x7.5 stuck in a hair to far as it was. prettymuch 35-44 is the ideal range for celica. i think a 37-40 is completely flush
