Isnt that some ****, I want to get the 18's with Maxis Lips, 19's in Phila will not work. Good Luck on your current project

Thanks VVTLIguy, but like I said, there are too many potholes in and around Phila for me to take any chances. Besides, 18's is pushing it with the performance loss.
