So I guess you took it to a stupid Toyota tech that decided to honor your warranty even though you had a crank pulley on? Or did he not even look, or did you swap it with the stock one?

No oil pressure will almost 99% lead to engine damage. Even if it has the slightest bit of damage, it will wear in the near future and cause more damage. It's sort of an avalanche... one small problem leads to a huge problem.
I hope you get a new engine.
