If you have stock fog lights, new holes need to be drilled to relocate them about 1.5 inch inwards (from 03 to 00-02). Another thing is that the bumper styrofoam reinforcements would need to be replaced with the appropriate model year.

I've switched my 03 bumper with an 00-02 for the TRD elegant lip. Now I kind of wish I would have just kepty my 03 bumper and bought the TRD lip for the 03 bumper or even the C-One.

Dan, does it take the same amount of clips/bolts to mount it? Do the stock plastic underpanels mount to the same spots?

Yep... no adjustments needed, no extra clips needed. Only the stock fog lights needed to be redrilled to be relocated about 1.5inches or so inward. (Which is a major PITA). Good luck Joe! I might want to change back to an 03+ bumper in the future
