Alright, so I sure there's a discussion on this topic, but I've got a 2000 celica gts and have been driving it some time now. My 7.5 fuse in the kicker panel of the car keeps blowing. I've swapped it out 3 times now. So, coming down to it.. this fuse didn't start blowing until I got my exhaust work done. Not sure if it's a coincidence or if it's actually causing this issue. I got my pipes welded and now this damn fuse is blowing. Also, I have a air fuel guage that is wired to my o2. Not sure if it matters, but it's worth bringing up. Also, this new fuse only lasted about 2 hours drive time. Any suggestions?

ugh.... were those the expensive ones??? I remember back in 09 stealership wanted something like $35 for 1... I LOL out of there and hit the junkyard and found a stack... and of course purchased them all.......
I think your muffler guy unintendedly ungrounded something somewhere... that would be my best guess... My fogs use to pop its fuse all the time and it turned out the harness at the bulb was damaged and exposed... so if it happened after the weld there may be a possibility something was ungrounded??? IDK, I'm no electrician, not tech in any way shape or form... just a guesstimate

It is very likely the gauge installation, since this is an electrical issue. Whoever installed the gauge may have failed to ground it properly which can blow fuses. You need to trace the wires to find the power and ground points for the gauge and confirm solid connection with no shorts before continuing to look for other issues.
