He has KDW2s. He had aftermarket pads before I think, and slotted rotors, but it is a non ABS car and wouldn't even lock the tires. (also had horrible vibration from warped rotors) Now, it will lock em easy if you want it to.

You are correct though - the initial "bite" and improved pedal feel are what makes it seem like it is stopping so fast, but I am certain that a healthy stock setup could match the actual stopping distance at least once. (doubt it could do it repeatedly though)

Yea I had PowerSlot rotors and TRD pads, they were really disappointing. Plus after a while they wrapped ridiculously bad.

Sure - send car and money.

And make sure your kit includes all the correct parts and nothing is missing.... it will really save a lot of time and money :gap:

The car is an awesome sleeper now. You can not see the FMIC from outside the car because it's black and that we were able to angle it to prevent cutting the grille plastics out, also the black piping really blends in at the fog light holes.

About the only thing you can see exterior wise is the drop, wheels and big brake kit.

Then when you pop the hood it has a very clean factory look (what we were going for), with a tad bit of DDPR flare

Im really glad you guys made it work, next Im going to get custom mesh made to cover up the fog light holes. Also the number one question Im going to hear when I pop the hood is " Whats that shiny thing?" :gap:

All I have to say is.... the ride home was fvcking awesome!!! Damn my car is super fun to drive now and no more waiting for 5miles of clearance before I decide to pass someone

AN fittings and braided hoses would set it off nicely IMO.

Ill probably do that later on, once I get everything else exactly how I want it.

What rims have you got?
I like them

They are Velox PG-5s rims I really like them, plus they each weigh 12.5LB.

I've had my car back for a little while now but I haven't had time to post.

She's DEFINITELY a lot faster on acceleration now and damn is she fun to drive. Especially on colder days.

Dave and Jason have done a freaking badass job on my car!!! They had several obstacles to overcome with my car, to put it lightly, but they surpassed every one of them. Also as far as I know Im the only Auto Celica with a PFC just that alone is proof they can do some awesome work

Really glad you like it! It is definitely the fastest and most fun to drive Auto Celica I have ever driven!

Its definitely night and day difference, also I'm not done with her yet Sucks the track was closed, I would have really liked to see what I'm running on the 1/4mile.

I guess I spoke too soon, had to take my car back to DDPR today. My turbo crapped out on me, so I guess its time for another upgrade..... again.

Its not just a cover, its the entire ecu box and I think Dave is planning on making more. You should just give him a call, you can find his number on the DDPR website.
